TouchTunes Announces Appointment of James Sura to Vice President and General Manager of its PlayPorTT Division
NEW YORK – Aug. 10, 2009—TouchTunes Corporation has announced the appointment of James Sura to the newly created position of vice president and general manager, PlayPorTT Division. Mr. Sura was formerly with Bell Canada, where he was vice president, small and medium business. He will report directly to Charles Goldstuck, president and CEO, TouchTunes.
In his new capacity, Mr. Sura will be responsible for all business aspects of the PlayPorTT portable music and games product, and will be leading efforts to grow TouchTunes’ games business overall. He will also handle TouchTunes’ business in Canada and Mexico.
TouchTunes’ PlayPorTT is a wireless, portable tabletop system that’s gaining rapid acceptance across the country. Customers can take PlayPorTT to their table and play music and games, enhancing their in-restaurant dining experience. PlayPorTT also delivers engaging interactive promotional, advertising and marketing features.
Mr. Sura will oversee the national roll out for PlayPorTT at Buffalo Wild Wings locations, one of the nation’s fastest growing restaurant chains. Mr. Sura will also manage the expansion of PlayPorTT into new national and regional restaurant locations.

Additionally, Mr. Sura will work closely with Francois Guy, director, mobile platform development, TouchTunes and Steve Birrell, vice president, sales and general manager, national accounts, TouchTunes, to deliver the PlayPorTT business plan.
While at Bell Canada, Mr. Sura was responsible for driving the successful transformation of the company’s $450 million mid-market business. Prior to his time there, he was vice president, sales and marketing, Snap-on Tools. His experience includes 10 years at IBM in sales and marketing roles, as well as time at several technology start-up businesses.
