TouchTunes Interactive Networks Taps Steven Brecher As Chief Operating Officer
Former Diageo PLC Executive Will Help Lead Efforts To Grow TouchTunes’ Expanding Portfolio
NEW YORK - August 30, 2010 - TouchTunes Interactive Networks, the largest interactive out-of-home entertainment network in North America, has announced the appointment of Steven Brecher as its new Chief Operating Officer. Brecher will report directly to Charles Goldstuck, President and CEO of TouchTunes Interactive Networks, and will be based in the company’s New York City headquarters.
TouchTunes programs content on more than 45,000 jukebox and television screens across North America and its interactive platforms attract millions of transactions every day. Through its two networks, TouchTunes Digital Jukeboxes and BarflyTV screens, the company holds an unmatched presence in the bar arena, reaching and engaging the coveted, tech-savvy 21-35 age demographic. Brecher will direct daily operations and be responsible for expanding TouchTunes’ growing portfolio.

Brecher has over a decade of experience as a senior-level executive in the global spirits industry. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Brecher was the Senior Vice President of Strategy for Diageo, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategy for Africa. Brecher and his team successfully completed several large transactions, including a $550 million joint venture with Heineken and Namibian Breweries for South Africa. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast U.S. for Diageo PLC and in senior Marketing roles across the portfolio. His extensive background in business management also includes work at Unilever. Brecher received his M.B.A from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business with a concentration in management and finance, and is a graduate of Duke University.
