Touchtunes Interactive Network Announces Haiti Relief Fund

Proceeds Raised From a National ‘Play Music, Help Haiti’ Campaign Across TouchTunes’ Digital Jukebox Network Will Be Donated To The American Red Cross

NEW YORK, NY – March 11, 2010 – TouchTunes Interactive Networks, Inc., one of the leading out-of-home interactive entertainment networks in North America, is tapping its millions of users to raise money for its “Play Music, Help Haiti” campaign. TouchTunes, which has had employees personally affected by the disaster, will donate proceeds from paid music plays to the American Red Cross, joining others in the entertainment industry who have heeded the call to help Haiti.

From March 29 to April 4, TouchTunes Interactive Networks will donate a portion of revenue generated by paid music plays that week to the TouchTunes Interactive Networks Haiti Relief Fund. Patrons will be informed of the initiative through a “Play Music, Help Haiti” media campaign that will be featured on TouchTunes Digital Jukeboxes and its BarflyTV screens.

Additionally, TouchTunes is reaching out to its network of digital jukebox Operators to join the campaign by encouraging them to donate a portion of their revenue generated by paid music plays during that week to the Fund. Employees, family and friends of the company are able to make a personal contribution as well. When the effort concludes on April 4, all money raised through the Fund will be donated directly to the Red Cross.

“TouchTunes Interactive Networks is committed to making the most of its resources and strong relationships across the country to lend help in any way we can,” said Charles Goldstuck, president and CEO of TouchTunes Interactive Networks. “The humanitarian needs in Haiti are still urgent and will exist for many years to come, and we at TouchTunes believe strongly in our responsibility to help our community and those in need.”
