Charles Goldstuck :: President and Chief Executive Officer

Charles Goldstuck joined TouchTunes as chief executive officer in May, 2009. Before joining TouchTunes, Mr. Goldstuck was president and chief operating officer of Bertelsmann Music Group (U.S.) (BMG), where he oversaw the business operations of the BMG Label Group including: the RCA Music Group (RCA Records, J Records, Arista Records), and the Zomba Label Group (Jive Records, LaFace Records and Verity Records). The BMG Label Group is home to superstar artists Usher, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, Dave Matthews Band, Chris Daughtry, Foo Fighters, OutKast, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Sarah McLachlan, Rod Stewart, and Avril Lavigne, among many others.

Mr. Goldstuck began his career at music publisher Warner/Chapell Music in Los Angeles heading up the Latin American division. He later joined Capitol Records where he rose to executive vice president. Following that he moved to New York to be executive vice president/general manager of Arista Records. In 2000, Mr. Goldstuck left Arista with Clive Davis to form J Records, a joint venture with BMG, which was eventually merged with RCA Records to form the RCA Music Group. In 2004, he was elevated into the role of President and COO of BMG (U.S.).

Mr. Goldstuck is a board member of various corporate entities, as well as the City of Hope Children’s Foundation and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. Mr. Goldstuck was educated at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Ron Greenberg :: Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Digital Media

Ron Greenberg has been the chief marketing officer and senior vice president, digital media of TouchTunes since March 2007.

Before joining TouchTunes, Mr. Greenberg was executive vice president, marketing & business development at Actimize Inc. From March 2004 to April 2005, Mr. Greenberg served as general manager, global marketing for Microsoft’s Enterprise & Partner Group, based in Redmond, WA. Before that, he was vice president, global industry marketing at IBM and held other senior worldwide marketing positions at IBM headquarters in NY. He was also vice president of marketing for IBM for Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo, where he was responsible for all b-to-b and b-to-c efforts. Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president, client services at Dentsu New York, overseeing all of the agency’s consumer and business brand marketing.

Dan McAllister :: Senior Vice President, Sales

Dan McAllister has been senior vice president, Sales for TouchTunes since 2002. Mr. McAllister oversees the company’s sales initiatives. Mr. McAllister has been a TouchTunes team member since September 2000 when he came on as Director of Sales and played an instrumental role in launching the company’s internet-based products and services. Through the years, he rapidly progressed and now manages all aspects of sales and marketing from the company’s Pennsylvania sales office.

Mr. McAllister brings more than 16 years of invaluable experience in the technology and coin-op industries to his role as vice president. Throughout his career, Mr. McAllister has worked with industry giants including Sales Technologies, a division of Dun and Bradstreet; Merit Industries, where he served as director of sales and Rock-Ola Manufacturing where he took on the role of national sales manager.

Patrick Barry :: Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Barry is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TouchTunes. Mr. Barry has over 25 years of experience with leading companies in the digital media, online retail, publishing and restaurant industries. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Barry was CFO of Oberon Media.com, a casual games solutions company, and DSR Holdings, a restaurant holdings company. Barry was one of the founding members at Bluefly.com (NASDAQ BFLY), where he spent 10 years growing the business to $95 million in revenues. Barry also served as CFO and COO of Audible Inc. and CFO of Warner Music Enterprises. His extensive background in finance included work at Book-of-the-Month Club, Time Warner and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and received his M.B.A from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business with a concentration in finance.

Michael Tooker :: Senior Vice President, Technology and Operations

Michael Tooker has been the TouchTunes senior vice president, technology and operations since July 2006. Before joining TouchTunes, he was a managing partner in Fleetmind, an innovator in vehicle logging, tracking and messaging. In 1999, Mr. Tooker founded Dolphin Software Services, a LEO Satellite tracking ASP, which was acquired by Orbcomm, where he served as executive vice president. Prior to founding Dolphin, Mr. Tooker founded and was president of Vector, a leading IBM Business Partner in Eastern Canada and New England.

Pam Schoenfeld :: Vice President and General Counsel

Pam Schoenfeld is Vice President and General Counsel at TouchTunes, and is responsible for managing all legal and business affairs matters for the company.

Pam Schoenfeld is Vice President and General Counsel at TouchTunes responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal affairs. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Pam was Deputy General Counsel at DoubleClick Inc., which was acquired by Google Inc. in 2008. Pam then worked at Google following the acquisition. Pam began her career in private practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and later worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Before that, Pam worked in the Mayor’s Office for the City of New York.

Brian Georgi :: Vice President, Advertising Sales

Brian Georgi has been Vice President of Advertising Sales for TouchTunes since August of 2009.

Before joining TouchTunes Brian was Account Director at Rolling Stone, managing the Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Spirits, and Telecom categories. Working closely with Wenner Media’s Corporate Sales division, Mr. Georgi was instrumental in building and selling integrated programs across all Wenner titles and affiliated websites including Us Weekly and Men’s Journal.

Mr. Georgi began his career in 1996 in the mailroom at K-III Publishing, working his way up the media ladder in sales and sales management positions at Primedia’s Home Technology Group, Spin Mangazine, Playboy & Playboy.com, and Blender.
